Alchemy Consulting Group LLC Last updated: October 27, 2026
Alchemy Consulting Group LLC (“Alchemy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit alchemyg.com, contact us, subscribe to our communications, or interact with our marketing.
We use Google Analytics and advertising technologies to understand website activity, measure marketing performance, and promote our services. Some advertising-related disclosures may qualify as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws, even when no money changes hands; you can manage these choices as explained below (California privacy guidance).
Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect information such as:
- Contact details: your name, business email address, phone number, company, and job title.
- Inquiry and project details: information you submit through forms, email, calls, or other communications about your business, software systems, or project needs.
- Communication preferences: newsletter subscriptions, marketing preferences, and privacy requests.
- Business relationship information: records of discussions, proposals, and services requested or provided.
Please do not submit passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive information through general website inquiry forms. If a project requires sensitive information, contact us to arrange an appropriate way to provide it.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website or interact with our digital marketing, we and our technology providers may collect:
- Device and online identifiers: IP addresses, cookie identifiers, and browser or device information.
- Website activity: pages viewed, links clicked, referring websites, visit times, and interactions with forms or other website features.
- Marketing activity: campaign identifiers, ad interactions, and conversion events, such as a submitted inquiry.
- Approximate location: general geographic information inferred from an IP address.
This information may be collected through server logs, cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies. Depending on the tools and settings in use, activity may be associated with a browser, device, business, or identifiable contact.
Information from other sources
We may obtain business contact information and information about companies from public sources, professional directories, business-data providers, referrals, and marketing platforms. We may combine that information with information you provide or activity associated with our website to understand business interests and support relevant business communications.
How we use information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- Responding and providing services: answering inquiries, assessing project requirements, preparing proposals, and managing business relationships.
- Operating the website: maintaining functionality, troubleshooting issues, preventing spam and fraud, and protecting our systems.
- Analytics and improvement: understanding how visitors find and use our website and improving its content, usability, and performance.
- Marketing and advertising: sending relevant business communications, promoting our services, measuring campaigns, and delivering or facilitating relevant advertising.
- Business development: identifying companies interested in our services and supporting appropriate sales follow-up.
- Legal and administrative needs: complying with obligations, maintaining business records, responding to privacy requests, and establishing or defending legal claims.
Where applicable law requires consent for particular cookies, marketing, or other processing, we seek that consent. You can withdraw consent or exercise other available choices as described in this policy.
Google Analytics, advertising, and similar technologies
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic, visitor interactions, and marketing performance. Google explains that websites using its services may send information such as page URLs and IP addresses and may allow Google to read or set cookies (how Google uses information from partner sites).
Analytics helps us understand which pages and campaigns generate interest and inquiries. Depending on the settings and permissions in place, analytics information may also support advertising measurement and audience-related features.
Advertising and remarketing
We use advertising platforms, including Google Ads, to promote our services and measure campaign results. Advertising technologies may collect online identifiers, website activity, campaign interactions, and conversion information.
Depending on the features enabled and your privacy choices, these technologies may support remarketing, audience creation, and advertising based on activity across websites or services. Advertising providers may process information under their own privacy policies as well as the terms that apply to their services.
Marketing and visitor-identification tools
We use marketing and business-development tools to manage inquiries, understand interest in our services, and support follow-up. Our technology setup includes tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and WebTrax, whose enabled features may collect website activity, identify visiting organizations, or help associate business interests with business contact information.
We do not treat every website visit as a confirmed identification of an individual. Information produced by these tools may be incomplete or inaccurate.
Cookies and privacy preferences
Our website may use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:
- Necessary: support website operation, security, forms, and saved privacy preferences.
- Analytics: help measure website use and performance.
- Advertising and marketing: support campaign measurement, audience features, remarketing, and business-development activity.
You can manage available preferences through our website’s privacy controls and your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect website features and may remove a previously saved privacy preference.
How we disclose information
We disclose personal information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Service providers: hosting, business email, customer relationship management, newsletter delivery, website support, security, and other operational services.
- Analytics and marketing providers: providers that help us measure website activity, manage marketing, identify business interest, and evaluate campaigns.
- Advertising partners: platforms that help deliver, personalize, or measure advertising.
- Professional advisers and authorities: where needed for legal advice, compliance, protecting rights, or responding to lawful requests.
- Business transaction participants: where relevant to a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable protections.
We do not assume that every provider acts only as our service provider for every activity. A provider’s role and permitted use of information depend on the service, configuration, applicable agreement, and law.
Sale or sharing and your advertising choices
Certain disclosures of online identifiers, website activity, advertising interactions, and related inferred interests to advertising or marketing providers may constitute a sale or sharing under applicable law. California’s definition of sharing includes disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising (California privacy guidance).
To opt out of advertising-related sale or sharing through our website, visit:
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Our browser-based control saves your preference and prevents the advertising and visitor-identification tags covered by that control from loading on subsequent pages. Our current implementation also stops Google Analytics tags while this browser-based opt-out is active.
The preference applies to the browser where it is set and to participating pages and subdomains using the same controls. It does not automatically apply to another browser or device, and clearing or blocking cookies may prevent us from remembering it.
For requests involving personal information associated with a known contact, information held outside your browser, or other sale or sharing, email info@alchemyg.com. We will evaluate and apply the request as required by applicable law; the browser control is not the only way to contact us about an opt-out.
An opt-out does not delete information already collected, unsubscribe you from email, or stop all advertising from appearing. It also does not disable necessary website functions.
Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) as an opt-out signal for sale or sharing where required by applicable law. When our website detects an enabled GPC signal, it applies the browser-based opt-out without requiring you to click the opt-out button, and an earlier saved “allow” choice does not override that signal.
If we can associate an opt-out signal with a known consumer, we apply it beyond the browser where required by applicable law. GPC is distinct from the older “Do Not Track” browser setting; our website does not treat Do Not Track as an equivalent supported privacy-control mechanism.
Email and other communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting info@alchemyg.com. We may still send non-marketing communications needed to respond to your requests, provide services, or manage an existing business relationship.
Unsubscribing from email does not automatically change browser advertising preferences. Use the privacy-choices page to manage the separate website opt-out.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access personal information, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures. These rights may be subject to verification requirements, exceptions, and other legal limitations.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may have the following rights (California privacy guidance):
- Know and access: request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, its sources, purposes, and categories of recipients.
- Delete: request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
- Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out: direct a business to stop selling or sharing personal information.
- Limit certain sensitive-information uses: where applicable, limit uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information beyond permitted purposes.
- Non-discrimination: exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
To submit a request, email info@alchemyg.com and describe the request. You do not need to create an account to contact us about your privacy rights.
For requests involving access, correction, or deletion, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect personal information from unauthorized disclosure or alteration. We do not require identity verification solely to process a browser-based opt-out of sale or sharing.
You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We may request evidence of the agent’s authority and, where permitted or required, confirmation of your identity or authorization.
We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable extension or reason we cannot fulfill a request. We may retain information when permitted or required for purposes such as security, compliance, completing requested services, or establishing or defending legal claims.
How long we keep information
We retain personal information according to the periods below. Where applicable, we may retain information longer to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or honor your privacy preferences.
- Web server logs: 72 hours.
- Google Analytics data: Two months under our configured retention settings.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe. We may retain a minimal suppression record afterward to ensure you do not receive further marketing emails.
- Business correspondence: Indefinitely for business recordkeeping. You can request deletion by emailing info@alchemyg.com, subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
- Privacy preferences and request records: As needed to remember your choices, process requests, and demonstrate compliance.
Retention for advertising and other marketing platforms depends on the relevant platform settings and the purpose of the processing. A browser opt-out or email unsubscribe does not automatically delete information previously collected; you can contact us to make a separate deletion request.
Client data
Information we process on behalf of a client while developing, hosting, or supporting its systems is generally governed by our agreement with that client and the client’s instructions. It is not automatically treated as website marketing information under this policy.
If your request concerns personal information controlled by one of our clients, contact that organization directly. We will assist our client as required by our agreement and applicable law.
Security and processing locations
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Alchemy is based in the United States, and we and our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where we operate. Where applicable law requires protections for an international transfer, we implement the safeguards required for that transfer.
Children
Our website and services are intended for business audiences, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 or knowingly sell or share their personal information.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@alchemyg.com. We will review the information and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices, services, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law.
